    A delegation from the Polish National Security Bureau, headed by Mr Pawel Soloch, paid a visit to Ankara on 15-18 January 2019. During the visit, Minister P. Soloch held talks with his counterpart, Secretary General of the National Security Council of Turkey, Seyfullah Hacımüftüoğlu and held a number of meetings with representatives of Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Presidency of Defense Industries and NATO's Centre of Excellence for the Defence Against Terrorism (COE-DAT). Chief of NSB was also received by the Turkish Minister of Defense, Hulusi Akar.

    On January 17th, on the 52nd anniversary of the death of Michał Sokolnicki - the Polish ambassador in Ankara from 1936 - Minister P. Soloch laid a bouquet of flowers on the grave of this distinguished politician and diplomat, who is buried in the Cebeci Asri Cemetery.
